Fredy Vega-Sac, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he lunged at two others with a kitchen knife, placing them in fear of death.
He was also found with fake ID cards while being taken into custody.
The incident occurred at a home on Widgeon Way.
Sac is charged with two counts aggravated assault and unlawful possession of fraudulent documents.
