Cameron Malik Lowe, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found him in possession of an AR pistole and numerous bags of marijuana that totaled over an ounce after attacking his 19 year-old girlfriend.
Police said that Lowe hit the woman with a closed fist, leaving visible injuries.
Lowe is charged with battery, possession of marijuana, distribution of marijuana, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and possession of drug related objects.
