David Roy Weems III, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was captured on video surveillance breaking into Rome Monument Company on Kingston Avenue and destroying headstones.
Police said that Weems used a crowbar to enter the business and cause over $4,000 in damages back on March 8th,
Weems is charged with loitering, criminal damage to property and possession of tool for the commission of a crime.
