Melissa Latrelle Thurman, 41 of Rockmart , was arrested at Walmart in Rome after reports said she opened makeup packages, used them and then attempted to leave the store without paying.
Authorities added that Thurman had previously been banned from all Walmart’s.
Thurman is charged with criminal trespass, theft by shoplifting and probation violation.
