Dalton Kal-El Scuderi, 18 of Reseca, was jailed in Rome after reports said he attempted to strangle a woman to the point she could no longer breathe.
Reports stated that Scuderi used to hands to strangle the female victim at her home on Salley Davis Road.
Scuderi is charged with aggravated assault.
