Cybil Whitney Baker, 43 of Cartersville, was arrested this week after reports said she stole prescription pills from Advent Health Remond and then proceeded to hit a parked car in the parking lot before fleeing the scene.
She was captured a short time later and was found to have been driving under the influence of the drugs while also in possession of Hydrocodone, Hydromorphone, amphetamine salt ,Quetiapine, and Gabapentin .
The Hydrocodone and Hydromorphone was stolen from the hospital.
Baker is charged with theft by receiving stolen property, three counts possession of a schedule II controlled substance, two counts possession of dangerous drugs, drugs not in original container, DUI and hit and run.
