Jason Levi Minter, 19 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he shot another man in his lower extremities during a dispute on Lakeridge Circle.
The victim was listed as a 44 year-old male.
Minter is charged with aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, pointing a gun at another and failure to appear.
