Anthony Lymon Ore, 41 of Rome, and Teresa Dawn Threadgill, 24 of Armuchee, were arrested on Avenue B this week after authorities said they were found with synthetic marijuana while trespassing.
Ore is also accused of giving police a fake date of birth during his arrest.
Both are charged with criminal trespass and possession of synthetic marijuana.
Ore is additionally charged with giving false information to police.
