Jill Diane Mahoney, 44 of Silver Creek, and Brandon Michael Lemos, 39 of Rome, were arrested outside the United States Post Office on Redmond Circle after they were found performing lewd acts while fondling each other’s bodies.
Reports added that Lemos’ sexual organ was exposed while Mahoney was fondling it with numerous parts of her body.
Both are charged with public indecency.
