Barry Durale Davis, 63 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he grabbed a 46 year-old woman by the arms and began to violently shake her.
The victim reportedly had bruises to her arm as the result of the incident, which occurred at the victim’s home on Old Rockmart Road.
Davis is charged with battery.
