Morgan Marie Driver, 25 of Armuchee, was arrested this week after reports said she followed and stalked a bus driver around Armuchee.
Police said that Driver followed the driver in an attempt to harass her. She is also accused of calling the victim’s employer and making false allegations about them endangering occupants’ lives while using a fake name.
Driver is also accused of harassing the victim and her family on Facebook as well as showing up at the victim’s home and school
Authorities added that the actions were the result of retaliation to a decision by in a Chattooga County court case.
Driver is charged with stalking.
