Cindy Johanna Olmos Morales, 32 of Duluth, was arrested this week after reports said she stole over $58 worth of beauty items from Ulta Beaty.
Police said that Morales ran out of the door without paying for $582 worth of items.
The incident occurred back in August of 2023.
Morales is charged with felony theft by shoplifting.
