An inmate at the Floyd County Prison, Christopher Jacob Burke, 32 of Mariweather, was booked into the Floyd County Jail this week after reports said he was found with a Verizon Cellphone in his possession.
The cellphone was located during a shakedown back on March 18, 2021.
Burke was booked this week following his sentence for another crime.
Burke is charged with items prohibited by an inmate.
