Charles William Boyd 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found videos of a boy between the ages of 8-12 years-old giving oral sex to another male.
A second video was also found of an 8-12 year-old male child masturbating in front of an older male who was doing the same thing.
Boyd is charged with sexual exploitation of children.
