Teri Lynn Young, 53 of Summerville, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said she set up a yard sale at the intersection of Martha Berry Highway and Turkey Mountain Road and left it there for months without supervision.
Reports said that the items were measured to be more than 100 cubic feet.
Young is charged with illegal dumping of garbage and debris.
