Kimberly Deon Ingle, 47 of Rome, was arrested this week after a report said she was found with methamphetamine while shoplifting from the East Rome Walmart.
Police said that Ingle placed items in her bag that she did not pay for before attempting to leave the store. The item was valued at $20.97.
While arresting Ingle, officers said that they found a smoking device with meth in her possession.
Ingle is charged with possession of methamphetamine, shoplifting and possession of drug related objects.
