Roy Collins Robinson, who list his home address as the South Rome Bridge, was arrested on Turner McCall Blvd after failing to report his home address to police while being a sex offender.
Police added that while the officer was taking him into custody he told him that he was “going to kill him”.
Robinson is charged with terroristic threats and acts, failure to register as a sex offender and two counts probation violation.
