Gary Michael Turner, 39, Devan Lee Bown, 30, and Natisha E McDonald, 46, all of Rome, were arrested after reports said they entered a property on Rececca Street without permission.
After arriving at the jail Turner, a convicted felon, was found in possession of a gun.
All three are charged with criminal trespass.
Turner is additionally charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, crossing the guard line with weapons and probation violation.
McDonald is also charged with probation violation.
