Salim Sandrddin Sundrani, 48 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he sold a nicotine product to a person under the age of 21 years old.
The sale occurred at the Hop N Shop on Calhoun Avenue.
Sundrani is charged with furnishing tobacco to a minor.
