Jonathan Lovell Brown, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he imprisoned a woman inside a vehicle on Callier Springs Road.
Police added that Brown also shattered a window to the victim’s home.
Brown is charged with false imprisonment and criminal trespass.
