Juan Carlos Rivera, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with meth and “shrooms” following a traffic stop for a window tint violation on Veterans Memorial Highway.
Officers said that they found the meth as well as a smoking device, marijuana, and a “quantity of shrooms” located in the floorboard of his vehicle.
Rivera is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of drug related objects and a window tint violation.
