Adam Wade Aloi, 28 of Marietta, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he had engaged in online conversations of a sexual nature with someone he thought to be under the age of 16 years-old.

Aloi is then accused of arranging a meeting with the child where he would have engaged in sexual relations with her.   He was taken into custody at the arranged meeting spot in Floyd County.

Aloi is charged with child molestation, obscene internet contact with a child and use of a computer to solicit a child to commit a felony.
