Joshua Alan Wasko, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a bicycle from someone who was inside a store on Shorter Avenue.
Police said that the Next Mountain Bike was propped up outside the restaurant when Wasko drove off with it.
Wasko is charged with theft by taking
