A homeless 35 year-old man has been arrested for the second time this week. Joshua Ryan Huston, 35 of Rome, was arrested near the US Post Office on Redmond Circle after being found drunk and acting in a disorderly manner.
Reports said that police were called when he was seen acting in a boisterous and vulgar manner while “placing others in fear of their safety”.
Officers added that when they arrived on scene, Huston refused to cooperate with them.
Huston is charged with public drunk, disorderly conduct and obstruction.
Last week Huston was found drunk and asking people for money at the Walmart across the street from this arresting location.
