Derek Bradley Sisson, 36 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he exploited an elderly 69 year-old woman out of $110.
Reports said that Sisson transferred the funds from her bank account to his cash app account.
Sisson is charged with theft by taking, exploitation of the elderly or disabled and financial transaction card fraud.
