Raven Symone Wiggins, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found in possession of stolen mail.
After being transported to the Floyd County Jail Brown was found in possession of gabapentin that was not in its original container.
Wiggins is charged with possession of a schedule V controlled substance, crossing the guard line with drugs, drugs not in original container, theft by stolen property, criminal trespass and probation violation
