Thomas Eugene Franks, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he burglarized a home on Park Road and stole a duffle bag and backpack containing misc. items, including a wallet that contained $240.
The incident occurred back on January 5th.
Thomas is charged with second degree burglary and theft by taking.
