An inmate at the Floyd County Prison Samuel Dean Wallace III, 21 of Griffin, was booked into the Floyd County Jail this week after he was accused of the assault and robbery of another inmate.
Reports said that Wallace was seen on camera participating in a gang beatdown of another inmate. Wallace, and at least three others, were observed knocking the victim to the ground, and dragging him to a sleeping area where the victim was kicked, stomped and punched.
The suspects are then accused of taking the victim’s items that he had purchased from the store.
