Adney Rose Datis, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she attacked a 20 year-old man who was trying to walk away from an argument.
Reports stated that the 20 year-old victim attempted to walk away from Datis when she repeatedly grabbed his shirt in an attempt to continue the argument.
Datis is then accused of kicking the victim’s cellphone before throwing it into the woods.
Datis is charged with simple battery and criminal trespass.
