Franklin Godfrey Aguilar-Guzman, 19 of Rome, was arrested this week after he was found to have been driving under the influence of cannabis oil (vape).
Reports stated that while being taken into custody he was also found to be in possession of marijuana and two open containers of alcohol.
He was initially pulled over after officers observed him driving without working tag lights and a suspended registration.
Guzman is charged with DUI, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of marijuana, open container violation, driving without a current license plate and not tag light.
