Lucis Ajqui Gutierrez, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he used another person’s social security number as his own on a job application.
Reports said that Gutierrez committed the fraud at Steel King Industries back in 2020.
Lucas Gutierrez is charged with identity fraud.
