Eduardo Ortiz-Cisnero, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of marijuana and several gabapentin tablets.
He was taken into custody at a location on North Elm Street.
Ortiz-Cisnero is charged with possession of marijuana and possession of dangerous drugs.
