Douglas Clyde Cramer, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he threw a large rock at a woman’s car windshield.
Reports said that Cramer shattered the windshield of the victim’s 2015 Volkswagen Passat.
The incident occurred at the Roadway Inn on Shorter Avenue.
Cramer is charged with criminal trespass and probation violation.
