Bobby Horace Justice, 78 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports that during a domestic dispute, he could get a gun and “end it” for the victim.
He is also accused of making a threat to burn the house down with two other victims inside.
Justice is charged with three counts terroristic threats and acts.
