Nicholas Julian Arrant, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he grabbed a woman by her throat and made her “extremely uncomfortable”.
He is also accused of breaking the victim’s car mirrors as well as the back glass by throwing a jar of pickles through it.
The incident occurred at an apartment on Callier Springs.
Arrant is charged with battery and 2nd degree criminal damage to property.
