James Curt Hart IV, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly entered another’s property on Cordle Drive and caused damage to the victim’s property.
Reports added that Hart caused $571.71 worth of damage to the property.
The incident occurred on January 3rd.
Hart is charged with criminal damage to property.
