A 50 year-old Rockmart man, Steven Reggie Fossett, has been arrested for the rape and incest of a young family member.
Authorities have yet to release details of this alleged crime other than he had sexual relations and oral sexual relations with the child.
Fossett is charged with child molestation, aggravated child molestation, incest, rape, aggravated sexual battery, enticing a child for indecent purposes, unlawful conduct during a 911 call and obstruction of police.
