Katie Nicole Leight, 26 of Lindale, was arrested this week after allegedly refusing to pay for her taxi fare.
Police said that Leight went into her home on East 2nd Avenue and refused to pay for her ride after telling the driver that she did not have the funds to do so.
Leight is charged with theft of service.
