Heidi Kathryn Mari McDevitt, 27 of Kingtson, was arrested this week after she was allegedly found in possession of drugs while shoplifting at Walmart.
Police said that McDevitt stole $88.99 worth of groceries from the East Rome store
A search then resulted in officers allegedly finding controlled substances and mushrooms.
After arriving at the jail, authorities added that they found heroin inside her bra.
McDevitt is charged with possession of a Schedule I, II and IV controlled substance, theft by shoplifting, drugs not in original container and possession of drugs by an inmate.
