Joshua James Mikhail Little, 18 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said he attempted to use his car to run over innocent children while were playing in the road on Rising Fawn Trail.
Police said that Little drove his car at the children, striking several of them.
Little is charged with aggravated assault, second-degree cruelty to children, reckless conduct and 2nd degree criminal damage to property.
