Fredy Vega-Sac, 19 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he told police that he would “kill his family” after he was spotted walking around Broad Street drunk.
Police said that the incident occurred after they attempted to speak with Vega-Sac as he walked on the sidewalk at 1 Broad Street.
Sac is charged with public drunk, obstruction and terroristic threats and acts.
