Rome Police arrested three homeless individuals, Brian Lee Kyle, 27, Stephanie Denise Pullen, 42, and Erica Shanita Foster, 41, after they were found burglarizing the home of a 63-year-old man on Superba Avenue.
Officers said that they were found with meth while being taken into custody.
Kyle and Pullen are charged with first degree burglary, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug related objects.
Kyle is additionally charged with possession of marijuana.
Foster is only charged with criminal trespass.
