Steven Emmory Brooks, 56 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he went on a violent tirade while intoxicated at a home on Maple Road.
Reports said that while in an argument with his wife, Brooks destroyed a kitchen table, chairs and a glass window in the kitchen door.
Brooks is charged with criminal trespass.
