Dionicia Jazmine Angel Reyes, 23 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found illegally found in possession of a firearm.
Police said that during a search of her home on Trentwood Drive officers found s 12 gauge shotgun in her bedroom closet.
Reyes, a convicted felon, is forbidden to own a firearm.
Reyes is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
