Lucio Edwin Vicente, 37, and Michaela Vicente-Tzun, 27, both of Rome, were arrested this week after reports said they skip-scanned numerous items at Walmart.
Police said that the couple stole $143.18 worth of merchandise.
Both are charged with theft by shoplifting.
