Ty Alexander Hubbard, 29 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said he was found driving a stolen car and with drugs.
Police said that Hubbard was pulled over after he was found trespassing at a Rome area Walmart. During the stop they discovered that the vehicle he was driving had been stolen.
A search of Hubbard then resulted in officers finding marijuana and a glass pipe in his possession.
