Andre Lamar Allicott, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he fled from officers after he was found in a stolen vehicle.
Police said that Allicott jumped out of the vehicle and fled on foot.
He was later captured and found with marijuana.
Allicott is charged with possession of marijuana and obstruction.
