James Michael Moody, 66 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week after police said he purchased an ATV that he knew was stolen.
Police said that Moody paid appx $2,000 for a Polaris Ranger XP that was valued at over $10,000.
The alleged incident occurred back in March of this year.
Moody is charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property.
