Robert Alford Bursee, 53 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he bit, headbutted and whipped a woman with a belt during a dispute on Rockmart Road.
Police said that Bursee bit the victim on her right hand and top of her right arm causing swelling and bruising. He then proceeded to head butt her on the right side of the head causing her eye to become swollen closed.
Reports went on to say that Bursee struck the woman on the back of both her thighs with a belt.
Bursee is charged with battery.
