Brandon Montae Henderson, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after the execution of a search warrant at a home on Flannery Street resulted in officers locating a large amount of various drugs.
Police said that they found multiple bags of marijuana that were packaged for resale, as well as individually packaged hydrocodone and oxycodone during the search. Officers added that Henderson was also found in possession of psychedelic mushrooms and digital scales.
Hendson is also accused of attempting to run from police while they were placing him under arrest.
Henderson is charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, distribution of marijuana, possession of drug related objects, obstruction and probation violation.
